NYS VOLUNTARY DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN
Effective July 1, 2013 NYS has adopted an optional Retirement Plan for unrepresented (non-union) NYS public employees hired on or after that date, and who earn $75,000 or more on an annual basis.  Employees who meet the criteria have 30 days to choose between enrollment in the New York State and Local Retirement System or the NYS Voluntary Defined Contribution Plan.  Please click on the following links for more information.

Sieba Ltd. administers the County’s Flexible Spending Accounts Program. This is a voluntary program for eligible County Employees. A copy of the County’s Plan Document is available upon request through your department’s administration or through the County Personnel Office. Annual enrollment is only open in the fall for participation the next plan year January 1 – December 31. Notices are sent out and enrollment forms will posted on the County Intranet site when enrollment is open along with a calendar of informational sessions conducted by a Sieba Representative held at County locations.
