County HRC Building Parking Lot to be Paved

ELMIRA- The Chemung County Human Resources Center parking lot, located at 425 Pennsylvania Avenue in Elmira, will be undergoing a paving project on Thursday, October 29th and Friday, October 30th. The parking lot will remain open during this time but with limited access.
The paving will be completed weather permitting. The County appreciates the public and staff patience and cooperation during the project.
