Snap-Ed New York has contributed to provide families short interactive videos that promote healthy messages. The three main points of the videos are to encourage kids (age 6-10) to increase their use of fruits and vegetables, increase their physical activity and limit their consumption of sugary beverages. Check out the links below! For each video you can earn 10 points. 


1. Click here to watch Go, Slow, Whoa Snip-it! This video includes learning about Go, Slow, and Whoa Foods that will help youth make healthy food choices while playing games and doing activities that will encourage memory and critical thinking. 


2. Click here to watch CATCH Energy Balance Lesson for Grades K-2! The video shows that balancing food and activity can look like a perfectly balanced see-saw, if we get it right!

 with SNAP-Ed Senior Nutritionist, Wanda, as she teaches you about "Energy Balance!" By the end of this lesson you should be able to explain how "energy balance" relates to the food you eat and the activities you do!
