*If you are having Alcohol, Catering (with caterer serving on premises) or Inflatables, you will need to get a Certificate of Insurance and upload it to your account when you get it. You can purchase this online through sites such as eventhelper.com You can view the requirements for the certificate on the home page, between the Contact and Account tabs
Your permit will be emailed to you when your reservation is complete (payment made, disclaimer signed, applicable Insurance received and approved by our legal department).
**Inflatables are only allowed at the Harris Hill Youth Camp, Harris Hill Outing Center and Park Station Pavilion 2, a certificate of insurance from the rental company is required.

PAVILION RENTAL RATES:
County Residents - $40.00
Non-County Residents - $50.00
Pavilion 1 will seat 50-60 people.
Pavilions 2 and 3 will seat 30-35 people.
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE PAVILIONS are scattered throughout the picnic area and require no reservation or payment. You must occupy the pavilion in order to hold them.
YOUTH CAMP RENTAL RATES:
County Residents - $300.00
Non-County Residents - $325.00
The Youth Camp is located by the Harris Hill Swimming Pool and seats 110 people inside with picnic tables outside for additional seating. There is also a large room for dancing or for additional seating. (If you utilize this room for additional seating you will need to rent additional tables and chairs from a third party.) It has a full kitchen which includes an ice machine, 2 commercial refrigerators and a 10 burner 2 oven stove. It also has barbeque grills, clam hut, volleyball, horseshoe pits and restrooms.
OUTING CENTER RENTAL RATES:
County Residents - $250.00
Non-County Residents -$275.00
The Outing Center is located near the 3-Hole Golf Course and ball field. The Outing Center has 20 picnic tables which accommodates 120 people comfortably under a large picnic pavilion with additional seating for 36 people located in a small building or card room. It has a full kitchen which includes an ice machine, a commercial refrigerator and a 10 burner 2 oven stove. It also has barbeque grills, clam hut, card room, volleyball, horseshoe pits and restrooms.

Opens the third Saturday of June and closes mid-August. Hours are weather permitting.

Every effort is made to provide safe swimming opportunities by testing the water and by keeping the swimming area staffed with lifeguards. Please be aware that if the safety of our swimmers is compromised, due to lack of lifeguard coverage or water quality issues, swimming will be prohibited and therefore cannot be a guaranteed activity. We apologize for this inconvenience as it may occur with little or no advance notice.
Water Safety - in the event of thunder or lightning the pool will be closed. It will remain closed until 30 minutes from the last thunder or lightning observation. There are no refunds due to weather.
Patrons must abide by the rules of the pool. A detailed list of swimming rules is posted at the pool.
- Floatation devices are not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No prolonged breath holding or breath holding games.
- Everyone 2 years and older must pay.
- Children up to age 7 MUST have an Adult (18 years of age or older) IN THE WATER with them at all time.
- Children less than 16 years of age MUST at all times be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety.
- SWIM DIAPERS are the only diapers allowed in the pools.
- You must be 10 years old and 4 feet 6 inches tall to go off the high dive.
- You must be able to swim by yourself to the ladder to go off the low dive.
- Lap Lanes are for Lap Swimmers ONLY.

(2 adults and 4 children) If there are more than six (6) individuals in your family unit (lives at the same address) then there is a $10.00 fee for each additional child.
Swim Lessons:
Starting on Jun 1, 2023, sign-ups for swimming lessons can be made on-line.
There is limited space for swimming lessons, therefore; registration is required. Payment is required when you register. There is an additional charge for all credit card transactions.
There will be one 6 week session with the following choices:
Mondays and Wednesdays, June 26, 2023 – August 2, 2023, from 11:10 a.m. – 11:40 a.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 27, 2023 – August 3, 2023, from 11:10 a.m. – 11:40 a.m.

If you are only purchasing the learn to swim you can check out. If you would also like to purchase a season pass you will continue shopping. Click Harris Hill Pool under season passes, if you are purchasing a family season pass, you will need to enter the members who will be using the season pass. Click add to cart, click acknowledge and check out, agree to medical waiver, then check out online. You will see the discount applied to your learn to swim on the review invoice page click continue to credit card form then continue to secure payment.

Bow Hunting Lottery
The Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department announces that there will be a bow hunting permit lottery for Harris Hill Park.
