Park Station is a carry-in carry-out park.
The Park speed limit is 10 mph.
Alcohol is by permit only.
No motorized ATVs or similar vehicles shall be allowed within Park Station. No all-terrain vehicles are allowed.
Models such as miniature planes and cars that produce loud noises or are hazardous, or implements whose use directly or indirectly results in physical damage to the PARK (such as metal detectors) are not permitted to be operated within the confines of the PARK.
Outboard motors are PROHIBITED on waters within the boundaries of Park Station except those used by the DEPARTMENT or other law enforcement agencies for patrol, rescue, and training.
Accidents - please report any accidents to the Campground Office.
Pet Policy:
- Dogs, cats, and other domesticated pets are only permitted in the campgrounds at Park Station controlled at all times by a leash not more than eight (8) feet long.
- Pets are not allowed in any buildings or on any beaches.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Owners are responsible for leaving the site in a clean and sanitary condition.
- No animals may be left unattended in the PARK.
- If your pet is outside, you must be outside with your pet.
- Pets must not disturb or pose a danger to other guests.
- Proof of current rabies inoculation is required for dogs.
- Owners may be asked to remove their animal if the animal is causing a disturbance or being a nuisance to Park patrons or Park personnel.

Control Booth Hours:
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., weekends only beginning the Saturday before Memorial Day (including Memorial Day) until the third Saturday in June.
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., daily beginning the third Saturday in June through Labor Day.
Snack Bar Hours:
Noon - 6:00 p.m., weekends only beginning the Saturday before Memorial Day (including Memorial Day) until the third Saturday in June.

Camping Reservations:
Advanced reservations will be taken on a 9-month rolling window (you will be able to make a reservation up to 9 months prior to the reservation date). The minimum stay for weekends is 2 nights and the minimum stay for holidays is 3 nights.
Camping Reservations can be made online at www.reserveamerica.com. You must search Chemung County Park Station from the Reserve America site. You will be required to set up an account with Reserve America.
Reservations can also be made by phone Monday through Friday (607)737-2843 from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (closed 12:00-12:30) or in person at Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Office located at 217 Madison Avenue, Elmira, NY 14901, or at the Campground office (607) 739-9164 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Camping Fees: Chemung County Lakeside $29.00/night Chemung County Inside $27.00/night
Non-County Lakeside $32.00/night Non-County Lakeside $30.00/night
The maximum stay is 14 days from April 1st through October 31st.
A $3.50 non-refundable reservation fee will be added to each reservation, with no exceptions. (This includes reservations made online through Reserve America or at Buildings and Grounds by phone or in-person).
Payment Information: Reservations made online or by telephone must be paid in full by credit card at the time of booking.
Reservations made in person must be paid in full by cash, check, or credit card at the time of booking.
Site or Date Changes: A $3.50 reservation change fee will be charged to make a change to any reservation.
Please note: Customer and/or Primary Occupant name changes are not permitted. The reservation will need to be canceled and re-booked, and all applicable cancellation and reservation fees will be charged.
Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation, you will be assessed fees: Cancelling 0-6 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable Reservation fee of $3.50).
Canceling 7 or more days prior to arrival you will receive a refund (excluding the non-refundable Reservation fee of $3.50). You will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $3.50.
Please note: refunds will not be granted for events, circumstances, weather, or decisions that are beyond the park's control.

Reservations for the 2024, Summer Season (May 25, 2024 - September 2, 2024, and then weekends only through September) will begin on January 2, 2024 .
Rentals are from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Refunds are given to cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to the event.

- The facilities showing on the calendar are already reserved. Decide on an available pavilion from the list:
- Harris Hill - Youth Camp, Outing Center, Pavilion 1, Pavilion 2, Pavilion 3
- Park Station - Pavilion 1, Pavilion 2, Pavilion 3
- Decide on the available facility and date that you would like to reserve
- At top of calendar, Select location
- Double click on desired day

Before entering credit card info, the site will transfer to you to MuniciPay to complete your reservation.
*If you are having Alcohol, Catering (with caterer serving on premises) or Inflatables, you will need to get a Certificate of Insurance and upload it to your account when you get it. You can purchase this online through sites such as eventhelper.com You can view the requirements for the certificate on the home page, between the Contact and Account tabs.
Your permit will be emailed to you when your reservation is complete (payment made, disclaimer signed, applicable Insurance received and approved by our legal department).
**Inflatables are only allowed at the Harris Hill Youth Camp, Harris Hill Outing Center and Park Station Pavilion 2, certificate of insurance from the rental company is required.

Pavilion Rental Rate:
County Resident - $40.00
Non-County Resident - $50.00
Pavilion rental does not eliminate the park entrance fee.
Refunds are given to cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to the event.
Pavilion rental is from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Pavilion #1 - located near the waterfront, can hold 75 people. The pavilion has electric, barbeque grill, and space for horseshoes and badminton.
Pavilion #2 - located near the park entrance, can hold 75 people. The pavilion has electric, barbeque grill, and space for horseshoes and badminton.
