Fees and Payment Information

Fees apply to all inquiries and will result in either a copy of the record as filed, a transcript of the information as filed, or a No Record Found notification.

  • Certified birth or death certificate - $15.00  
             $10.00 for each additional certificate of the same record ordered at the same time.
  • Genealogy record - $22.00 for each birth or death record requested

Payment can be made with:

  • Cash -  accepted for walk-in orders only.

Exact change is greatly appreciated, no large bills, please. Do not send cash through the mail.

  • Money order (US funds only)
  • Certified check (US funds only)
  • Credit/Debit*

*Card must be in applicant’s name or a completed and notarized consent form is required.  Payments made with credit/debit will be charged a service fee minimum of $1.00 up to 2.25% of the total sale, rates subject to change.

Personal checks are not accepted.
