The Chemung County Health Department will continue to hold on-site vaccination clinics during the months of October and November. Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccines will be offered based on availability.
Moderna first doses will not be available October 27 and Pfizer first doses will not be available November 3 due to the second dose timeline. There will be no clinics the week of November 22 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

These clinics accept walk-ins, but pre-registration is strongly recommended to reduce your time at the clinic. Registration links can be found on www.chemungcountyny.gov/covid.
Pfizer is a two-dose vaccine 3 weeks apart for anyone age 12 and older. A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent for individual’s 12-17 years old. Third doses and boosters are available for those that meet the criteria. A self-attestation form verifying that the patient meets the criteria must be signed on-site.
Moderna is a two-dose vaccine 4 weeks apart for anyone age 18 and older.
Johnson & Johnson/Janssen is a one-dose vaccine available for anyone age 18 and older. J&J vaccine is extremely limited not only locally but regionally and nationally. Availability is based on supply.
The Chemung County Health Department does not ask for insurance information or charge any fee for vaccination. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat something before you arrive to the vaccination clinic. Masks are required to be worn at all clinics.
