2019 Senior Games

Eat Well Live Well
program is offered at several locations throughout the county. This program provides a hot nutritious meal and an opportunity for participants to socialize. All our welcome to join us. There is no cost to people age 60 and over. A contribution of $3 per meal is suggested to help maintain services. No one is denied a meal for inability or unwillingness to pay. Guests under 60 may participate by paying the full cost of the meal, which is $5. For more information, or to RSVP please call us at least one day in advance at 737-5520.

Finger Lakes Alzheimer's Caregiver Institute: 2019 Caregiver Conference
If you or someone you know is affected by Alzheimer's disease or dementia, planning for the future is important.  This free program will give an overview of pertinent legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies, as well as an overview of financial issues and options like Medicare, Medicaid or veteran's benefits.   Care partners will learn how to have honest and caring conversations with family members about driving, doctor visits, legal and financial planning.
