Rick serves the historic 13th legislative district, which covers the southeast portion of the city of Elmira and the northwest section of the town of Southport. First elected in 2006, he currently serves as chairman of the Personnel Committee, and also serves on the Buildings and Grounds Committee, the Highway Committee, and also the Sewer Commission.
Rick and his wife Denise are proud parents of seven children, and (soon to be) seven grandchildren. They are members of Living Word Church in Elmira. Rick is a graduate of Corning Community College, and Elmira College. He works at Wegmans Food Markets in Human resources.
Rick is an advocate for limited government, sound fiscal policies, and making our community a great place to raise a family.
