7/1/21 - Excellus will be issuing new ID cards with our renewal 1/1/22 to our membership.  Some members may receive the new ID cards early if they have transactions before January.  The new ID cards will be issued to each member of your family enrolled on the policy.  The subscriber and ID# will be on each ID card; however, the dependent's name will also appear on their own ID card.

6/16/21 - The Health and Wellness Page has been updated with new information provided by Excellus to share with our employees regarding various topics.  I will be adding/updating this page periodically.  Take a moment to check it out.

Lifetime Benefit Solutions (LBS) has been the Third Party Administrator (TPA) for Chemung County's dental plan; however, LBS is no longer providing this service in their line of business.  Excellus has taken over as the TPA for Chemung County's self-insured dental plan effective 7/1/2020.  

Many items are no longer available to be linked to the Excellus Website from our County Website.  These items are available to you by creating your own member account on the Excellus Website.
