Transportation

A handicap-equipped van is provided by the facility to arrange transportation of residents for medical appointments, community activities and home visits. The van driver and assistant are Certified Nurse Aides who assist residents to get off the van and into the office or home being visited. One of the most popular functions of the van is to take residents to social and entertainment activities in the community such as shopping trips to the Mall, theatrical performances, and drives around town.  There is no charge for this service.
