2019 Spot - Summer Program - Information Sheet
Spot - Summer is a free, drop-in, recreation program for teens 12-15 years old that reside in Chemung County. The program operates for 6-weeks during the summer from noon to 5:00pm at three park locations. Lunch is provided free of charge each day and transportation is provided for all field trips. Program operates Monday–Friday, Noon -5:00pm, July 8th – August 16th
Chapel Park–Pine City Grove Park–Elmira Sullivan Park–Horseheads
Each park is staffed with a Site Coordinator and Recreation Leaders who provide well-structured activities such as arts n crafts, board games, basketball, baseball and kickball. Off-site activities include Rock n Splash every Friday, Putt Putt at Eldridge Park, Harris Hill Go Carts, First Tee, hiking at Tanglewood, movies and more.

Proof of birth is required, copy of birth certificate or printed student information from the guidance office can also be mailed, faxed or shown at the park on the first day.
Registration is ongoing throughout the summer.
