Pavilion rental is from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Pavilion #1 seats 50-60 people. There is no electric.
Rental Rate:
County Resident - $40.00
Non-County Resident - $50.00
Refunds are given to cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to the event.
Alcohol is allowed only at our rental facilities with prior authorization through the Chemung County Attorney. In order to receive authorization you must provide the Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department with a Comprehensive General Liability policy of no less than $1,000,000 of coverage per person/occurance and aggregate naming the County of Chemung as an "Additional Insured". This policy must also include Host Liqour Liability Coverage. This policy must be submitted to the Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department at least 30 days prior to your event.
