Sieba Ltd. administers the County’s Flexible Spending Accounts Program. This is a voluntary program for eligible County Employees. A copy of the County’s Plan Document is available upon request through your department’s administration or through the County Personnel Office. Information about the medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts, eligible expenses, worksheets and claim forms are available on the links below.
Annual enrollment is only open in the fall for participation the next plan year January 1 - December 31.

2024 Flex Spending Enrollment
Please be advised the limit for unreimbursed medical is $3,050 for 2024.
The unreimbursed medical rollover amount from 2024 to 2025 is between $10 - $610.
The Dependent Care annual maximum per household is $5,000.
Chemung County Employees will be making their 2024 Flex Spending Election in the BSwift System during the open enrollment window between November 13, 2023 and December 1, 2023. GO TO INSURANCE NEWS FOR MORE INFORMATION ON BSWIFT.
