2026 SEWER USE BILLS WILL BE ISSUED IN LATE MAY OR JUNE 2026

THE LAST DAY TO PAY 2025 SEWER BILLS WAS 10/31/2025.  UNPAID BILLS WILL BE RELEVIED TO 2026 PROPERTY TAXES.


Cash Payments

The Administrative Office at 600 Milton Street is currently closed to the public due to construction.  We are not accepting cash payments at this time. 

Online Payments

Online payments are accepted at https://Sewer.ChemungCountyNY.gov/  

ALL ANNUAL SEWER USE BILLS WERE DUE 10/31/2025.   PAYMENTS ARE NOT CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED. 

Please mail in all check payments to 600 Milton Street, Elmira, NY 14904. Please include a bar-coded payment stub.

Drop Box

There is a drop box available for sewer payments at the County Treasurer's office located at 320 E. Market Street, Elmira.
