Kinship Care Support Services
We provide information and assistance for grandparents and other relatives age 55 and older who are caring for children.
New York Caregiving Portal
NYSOFA and the Association on Aging in New York(AgingNY) have partnered with Trualta to offer Trualta's web-based Caregiver Education and Support platform as no cost to any unpaid Caregiver in New York State.
Caregiver Intensity Index (CII)
NYSOFA is partnering with ARCHAngels to offer to CII to all Caregivers across the state. The CII Caregivers with a "score" that validated their experiences and connects them to resources.
